(1) The Council composed of the following chairperson, vice-chairperson and members shall be formed as the
supreme organ of the Academy:

(2) The Government of Nepal may, if it considers necessary, make necessary alteration in the members of the Academy, by publishing a notice in the Nepal gazette.
(3) The term of the members are referred to in Clauses (c), (j), (k) and (l) shall be Two years.
(4) The Council may, if it considers necessary, invite a native or international expert to take part, as an observer, in a meeting of the Council.
